@hackneylibs :) Happy to provide high-quality version if you would be interested in printing copies to have in the library.
@OakwoodN16 I got the 1990 entry from a prev prop survey. Spelling was a bit off originally so may be good to confirm if possible before printing
Trojan Printing Co-operative was based in 47a Grayling Road, Stoke Newington. On display as part of an exhibition at the Hackney Museum.
@foGrazebrook This one is blocked now but used to lead to print works for example
.@hancam14, a self-confessed '3D printer fanatic', surprised me with this amazing and unique set of coal-hole cover stamps she crafted after seeing my survey of Stoke Newington coal-hole covers (hackneygazette.co.uk/news/heritage/…). Thanks Hannah! https://t.co/TqbYfvU8TE
.@Pixel_Press handed me an astonishing treasure trove in a big box of dozens of early-mid C20th print material salvaged from WH Jones, former printer at 50 Green Lanes. Beautiful artistry and many local long-gone businesses. It’s amazing. More to come! (@TypeTasting)
The extraordinary treasure trove of 1930s-50s print material salvaged from a shed behind W. H. Jones’ former print shop in Green Lanes contains 33 items relating to Stoke Newington and 71 relating to other areas. Quite a few have multiple copies I’m happy to give away. DM me.

Slides ready for my talk on Thursday as part of Stoke Newington History Talks 19! 'Lost in the Shed - Unearthing a Treasure Trove of Printing Material from the 1930s-50s' I'll tell the story of long-gone local businesses and organisations using fascinating old print material.
In my talk yesterday about the amazing treasure trove of 1930s-50s print material salvaged from a local print shop, I presented items relating to Kemble & Co., one of several piano making firm in SN. Now part of Yamaha. It was in 97c Carysfort Rd, where Piano Lane is today.

@VictorianLondon Thanks! I'm just working on the A5 printer-friendly version, with black and white and fewer images, charts, and ads to lower the print cost.

Just arrived! :) A printed 138-page A5 booklet of 'The History of Every Shop in Stoke Newington', which I published online as an eBook last weekend. Absolutely chuffed with the result. It's a smaller and shorter version for print, as the full 200-page A4 colour version is a bit expensive to print at about £40. I've used Printpond.co.uk, which cost £9.49 (160gsm white uncoated paper) plus £3.96 for tracked mail. It arrived within two days. The process was very quick and easy. I currently have no plans to print more copies, but I'm more than happy to assist anyone interested in printing a copy via Printpond (unlike other printing sites, I'm familiar with it, and it won't take me long to explain the process).

Thanks @richardyoung71 for researching and confirming John Jones, whose name is on the wall, was the publican in 1884. Tony Rich researched and confirmed that the printers whose name is at the bottom of the drinks adverts, Bowles and Pope Printers, traded at Leadenhall Street late 1880s/early 1890s and no later.
